With an emphasis on food and beverage design, Mike has worked on a range of F&B projects worldwide. His enthusiasm for discovering new and unique food and beverage experiences drives the work he does. As a Project Director responsible for the smooth progress of projects at Campbell House, he seeks to forge lasting working relationships with clients and partners alike. His aim is to foster a collaborative working environment that builds strong connections within the team and contributes to a productive design process in order to ultimately create memorable spaces and experiences for guests.
