The “painting studio” area of the hotel features a cold rolled steel fireplace, defined by an oval felt ceiling and Jackson Pollock inspired drip painting rug.
Local designer’s art “in progress” can be found leaning on concrete benches or hanging on oak panels.
Custom industrial light fixtures in brass are installed in a rotated grid throughout the lobby.
The “photography studio” area is defined by glass and metal screens inspired by warehouse industrial windows.
The bed canopy was designed to emulate a butcher’s block, using black metal trims and custom industrial brass sconces. The curtains are inspired by a painting by Mark Rothko. Residential finishes and custom furniture elevate the guest experience.
Custom black metal tubes and black cerused oak millwork with brass accents are used for the vanity, minibar and open closet.
